How to use the Everbuild Fill once

  1. Clean and dry
  2. Remove any loose or fragile materials from the area to be filled
  3. Prime where necessary with EVERBUILD PVA BOND
  4. Stir EVERBUILD FILL ONCE into a smooth paste using a suitable filler knife.
  5. Apply using a flexible filler knife, trowel or scraper, smoothing down to achieve a perfect surface that won’t need sanding.

When filling a large surface area, it may not always be possible to achieve a completely level finish. However, EVERBUILD FILL ONCE can be sanded if necessary once dry.

Deep holes up to 50mm can be filled in one application with no need to build up in several layers.

EVERBUILD FILL ONCE can be papered over, or painted with water-based paints as soon as the surface is dry – approximately 30 minutes – depending on depth and drying conditions. When using oil-based paints, allow 12 hours to dry.
