Granular sodium bentonite used as a detailing accessory product for HF Waterproofing Systems.
HF GRANULES is a coarse-grained, chemically-enhanced granular sodium bentonite, used as part of the HF Waterproofing System for a variety of detailing applications.
HF Bentonite Granules are chemically treated granular sodium bentonite used as a detailing accessory product for Bentonite membranes. Bentonite Granules may be placed to strengthen critical overlap areas When hydrated, it reinforces the overlap areas by forming an impermeable and seamless continuity layer.
When wetted Bentonite Granules form a dense, low permeable, activated clay putty/paste.
Applications: Dry or activated, Bentonite Granules provide an excellent cavity & void waterproofing solution. Dry granules can be sprinkled (3mm deep) as a filler to close pinholes in the substrate or cut & cover the roof tunnel deck prior to installing the main HF Bentonite membrane.
Activated Bentonite Granules when applied as a fillet (40mm x 40mm triangular fillet) create easily applied waterproofing continuity around pile head perimeters, corner units, wall/floor junctions, with the HF Bentonite membrane.
